These terms govern your use of haze dispute pro. Each of the three services is sold separately and carries its own agreement; these terms sit underneath all of them.

Three services, three agreements
Credit repair, business credit, and credit monitoring are separate services. Buying one grants you nothing in another. Each has its own price, its own contract, and its own cancellation terms, and they are billed separately. There is no combined plan.
This separation is deliberate and it is not negotiable, because the three services sit under different regulatory regimes.
Credit repair: fees and cancellation
Credit repair fees are charged only after the corresponding work has been performed, against completed dispute rounds. You are not charged at signup.
You may cancel a credit repair agreement without penalty within three business days of signing it, and no dispute round will be sent before that window has closed. Your separate written statement of rights is on the consumer credit file rights page.
Business credit and monitoring: fees
Business credit is purchased up front. Credit monitoring is a recurring subscription, billed monthly until you cancel. Cancelling a monitoring subscription is done from your account in the same number of steps it took to start one, and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
What you are responsible for
The accuracy of what you assert. Dispute letters are composed from your statements about your own file, and they are signed by you. Asserting something untrue to a consumer reporting agency exposes you, not us, and we will not knowingly assist it.
Keeping your account credentials secure, and telling us promptly if you believe someone else has used them.
What we do not promise
Any particular outcome. We do not promise that an item will be deleted, corrected, or updated, that your score will change, or that you will qualify for anything. Those decisions belong to consumer reporting agencies, furnishers, and lenders.
Uninterrupted availability. Report data reaches us through third parties, and mail moves at the speed of the postal service.
