State availability
Last updated 13 August 2026
Credit repair is regulated state by state. Several states require a credit services organization to register, and some to post a surety bond, before it may take clients there.
We tell you before you pay, not after
Where we are not yet registered to operate, we will say so at signup rather than take your money and work it out later. If that is your state, we would rather point you at doing this yourself, for free, than sell you something we cannot lawfully deliver.
Why there is no list on this page
Because a list typed into a marketing page goes stale, and a stale list here would disagree with the check that actually runs at signup. Availability is held as data and enforced at intake, so there is one source of truth rather than two.
Business credit and credit monitoring are not credit repair and are generally subject to lighter requirements, so their availability may differ from credit repair in the same state.
Affiliates
An affiliate cannot market a service into a state where that service is unavailable. The same gate applies to affiliate signup and to the materials an affiliate is approved to use.
Ask about your state
Availability changes as registrations complete. Ask us about yours and we will tell you where things stand.
